Am I ready for this?

  • We currently offer individual therapy, couples therapy, sex therapy, and multi-partner relationship therapy. These modalities cover a range of issues from affair recovery to high-functioning anxiety and much more! To see more about our areas of focus, click the “Areas of Focus” tab in the navigation menu. If you’re still wondering if our services will help your specific struggle, feel free to schedule a consultation with one or both of our therapists!

  • Operating hours are dependent on each clinician’s personal availability. We ask that you give our clinicians 24-48 hours to respond to emails. You may contact us with any questions at hello@alignhoustontherapy.com

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. All no-shows and/or cancellations made after the 48-hour period will be charged a full session fee. Every client has a total of 6 cancellations per year before being moved to a same day or next-day scheduling policy. This is to protect both our clinicians and clients by giving them a fair chance to prepare/adjust to cancellations.

  • We believe in transparency at Align Houston Therapy. Each clinician’s rates are listed on their About Page under “Rates & Pricing.”

  • When it comes to the things that matter to you, investing in support can be far less costly than staying stuck in cycles of conflict, confusion, and despair. Therapy can help you build a more secure and fulfilling connection with yourself and others.

  • While we are not currently in network with insurance providers, we have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

  • We've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
